His last position as the head of Production Engineering on the Global Positioning Satellite program gave him the chance to introduce innovative collaborative leadership and career development processes that got him in touch with his true calling: To help people align their unique talents with their genuine passions in creating a purposeful life. Becoming a coach in the early days of the profession, Terry became fully engaged in the birth of the new profession of executive and personal coaching. Terry’s focus was, and has remained, leadership and personal development coaching, enabling leaders to become collaborative, and individuals to fully actualize sustained fulfillment in their life’s work. Over the past 20 years, Terry has developed a deep understanding of the many steps it takes for each individual to walk the path of the work they are called to do; and he has great compassion for those engaged in that process. “In today’s volatile economy,” he says, “those aspiring to find work that is motivated by passion requires courage – courage to align to their uniqueness, to learn how to go to where they are invited, to be seen for who they really are, to feel a deep sense of belonging.” Terry believes that the ability to engage the process of self-actualization will be a critical advantage for those looking to be prosperous in the unfolding economy. Responsive - Mobile Friendly: In 2016 we converted the site to be fully responsive for tablets and cell phones. In 2018 we converted the site to a parallax style vertical scrolling web site.
