Ride Idaho
Project: Redesign of existing web site
Web Address: www.rideidaho.org

Project scope: Ride Idaho is an annual 7 day non-competitive bicycle ride through Idaho's most beautiful country. Each year will focus on a different part of the state for the ride allowing the participants unique views into the heart of Idaho.

Design components: We first designed Ride Idaho's web site in 2005 and maintained it for several years until they brought on a staff member capable of doing it internally. In 2010 we once again began maintaining the site, revamping all of the information and images for each years upcoming ride begining in December for their release date in January. At that time a new design was produced which after several years proved to be ineffective at getting their message across. In 2014 we again redesigned the web site with a fresh new look, revamping their logo into a new more appealing format. Ride Idaho

The new site consolidated many individual pages into a more cohesive and easier to use format and is a more user friendly experience because of it.

Responsive - Mobile Friendly: In January of 2017 we converted the site to be fully responsive for all mobile devices.

Graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Programming languages: VB Script, Active Server Pages, JavaScript, DHTML and HTML.

Web Hosting: Powered by Vortices Design.

"Ride Idaho has worked with Vortices Design since our first ride in 2005. In that time they have assisted and trained us in how to maintain the site ourselves and have always been there if we had questions. Now they have completely redesigned our site for the third time and we absolutely LOVE it! The quality and timeliness of their work is unmatched and we are fortunate to be working with them.

So often a client can feel lost in the shuffle of work a company has to do. Vortices Design, however, attends to each client with incredible attentiveness, patience, and diligence. Thank you, Vortices Design!"
